Sundogs Set for 2012 CHL All-Star Game

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - In less than a week some of the CHL's best players will step onto the ice at Tim's Toyota Center to face off against the Arizona Sundogs in the Central Hockey League's 2012 All-Star Game. For the fourth straight year, the mid-season exhibition features the format of the host team against the All-Stars.
The January 11th event is set for a 6:35 PM puck drop. This year's All-Star Game is presented by Cliff Castle Casino-Hotel.
The annual celebration begins on Tuesday night with the All-Star Dinner and Banquet at 7:00 PM, held at the Windmill House in Chino Valley. After Wednesday's morning practices for both teams, media will have a chance to meet the players and coaches at noon at Streets of New York in Prescott Valley before the game begins at 6:35 PM that evening.
After the exhibition there will be a postgame party at Buffalo Wild Wings in Prescott Valley's Entertainment District for fans to attend.
Over the course of Tuesday and Wednesday of next week the CHL's Governors will also hold meetings regarding the second half of this season, plus to begin preparations for the league's 2012-13 campaign.
This year's All-Star team is coached by Dwight Mullins of the Allen Americans. The six starters in the game, voted on through December, are Brandon Marino (QDC), Bruce Graham (ALN), Jeff Terminesi (TUL), Jesse Schultz (RPD), Andrew Martens (WIC), and goaltender Nick Boucher (FTW).

Wednesday
10:00-10:45 AM - Arizona Sundogs Team Practice at Tim's Toyota Center
11:15 AM-12:00 PM - CHL All-Stars Team Practice at Tim's Toyota Center
12:00-1:30 PM - Media Luncheon at Streets of New York
6:35-9:00 PM - 2012 CHL All-Star Game
9:30 PM-12:00 AM - All-Star Postgame Reception at Buffalo Wild Wings
