PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - Arizona Sundogs Head Coach and General Manager Marco Pietroniro announced today the team has placed veteran forward Joel Irving on waivers.
Irving, 35, appeared in 41 games with Arizona this season, tallying four goals, 12 assists and 39 penalty minutes.
The 13-year pro recorded two career milestones this year, skating in his 800th pro game against former team the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees on January 8 and registering his 250th career goal against the Laredo Bucks on February 2.
