Sundogs Partner with Pepsi, Safeway to Raise Money for Breast Cancer Research and Awareness

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The 2008 Central Hockey League Ray Miron President's Cup Champion Arizona Sundogs announced today that they have partnered with Pepsi and Safeway to help raise money for breast cancer research and awareness.

During the month of October - nationally recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month - fans can visit Safeway Grocery Stores in Northern Arizona and purchase raffle tickets to enter to win four tickets in the Pepsi Suite and a post-game player meet-and-greet at a future Sundogs game. A winner will be selected from each participating store. All winners will also have a chance to win a team-signed Arizona Sundogs jersey. All proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

In addition, the Arizona Sundogs and The Arizona Sundogs Foundation, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, will also present the Phoenix-based Susan G. Komen for the Cure with a check during the first intermission of Wednesday's Sundogs versus New Mexico Scorpions game.
