Sundogs Add Mahbod to Roster

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - The Arizona Sundogs announced today that the team has signed forward Samson Mahbod to the roster. Mahbod (muh-BAHD) will be in the lineup for tonight's game at Tulsa and will wear #9.

The second-year forward comes to the Sundogs after spending time previously with Utah, Cincinnati, South Carolina, and Elmira of the ECHL over the last two years. In 47 career games, the Montreal, Quebec native has tallied 26 points with 10 goals and 16 assists.

Before turning pro, Mahbod spent the majority of his junior career in the QMJHL. In his final three seasons of major junior, Mahbod scored 166 points (56 goals, 110 assists) in 150 appearances.

The Sundogs face the Oilers tonight in Tulsa at 6:05 PM MST.
