Sundogs Acquire Carriveau from Missouri

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - The Arizona Sundogs announced today that the team has acquired defenseman Zachary Carriveau from the Missouri Mavericks in exchange for future considerations.

A Portland, Maine native, Carriveau (KARE-ih-voo) has five assists in 25 games this season.

The 6-foot, 185-pound forward is currently in his first pro season after a three-year junior career with the Nepean Raiders where he tallied 121 points in 175 games.

The Sundogs begin a 10-game home stand on Friday against the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. Game time is set for 7:05 PM.

The Arizona Sundogs are the Central Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Phoenix Coyotes. Their sixth season is brought to you by Cliff Castle Casino-Hotel and the team will also host the 2012 CHL All-Star Game in January.
