Saturday, Nov. 19 vs. Texas Stars
Time: 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Promotion: The IceHogs will be hosting Stroll on State Night with the first 1,500 fans to enter the arena receiving a scarf, courtesy of GoRockford.com.
Santa Claus is coming to the BMO: Celebrate Christmas early with the Rockford IceHogs. Santa Claus will be at Saturday's game and will be visiting with fans on the concourse by the GoRockford.com booth. He will also make an appearance on the ice and ride the Hamboni before the game.
Have a Skate with Bob: Saturday's game will also be the sixth annual Have A Skate With Bob. There will be a silent auction throughout the IceHogs game on the BMO Harris Bank Center concourse to benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
Matchup: Rockford (6-8-1-0) faces the Texas Stars (7-6-1-0) in the first of four season meetings. The IceHogs split last year's four-game series with the road team victorious in each contest. Rockford tallied 11 goals in their last two games with the Stars, and Captain Jake Dowell led the charge with five points (2G-3A) in the series against Texas.
