Coaching Corner

New Coach Mario Sanchez and Assistant Coach Luke Spencer join FC Tulsa from Louisville Racing FC. Joining right as preseason training kicks off, the mentality of the team is stronger than ever as they set their sights on the playoffs for the 2024 USL Championship season. The wealth of coaching and playing experience the pair brings to the team will be evident on and off the pitch as the season progresses.

Triestina Ties

During this offseason, FC Tulsa announced a transformational partnership with Italian Professional Club Triestina Calcio. As a part of the partnership, Alex Menta was announced as FC Tulsa's first-ever Sporting Director. Menta will advise FC Tulsa on scouting and recruitment initiatives. Since the partnership was announced, FC Tulsa has signed several new players including Chelsea Academy product Harvey St Clair.

Move to Western Conference

FC Tulsa saw a move to the Western Conference for the 2024 season after playing in the Eastern Conference for the past three seasons. FC Tulsa last competed in the Western Conference during the short-lived 2020 season. During the upcoming season, the team will face familiar opponents, playing each Western Conference team once at home at ONEOK and once away, while also competing against all Eastern Conference opponents.

Lively Lineup and All-League Additions

Fans can see a lot of familiar faces on the pitch this season, with some players returning to FC Tulsa for the 2024 season. Additionally, fans can also expect some new faces on the pitch like Diogo Pacheco, Justin Portillo, and Stefan Stojanovic. FC Tulsa is also welcoming some All-League additions to the roster. Arthur Rogers comes from the Northern Colorado Hailstorm of the USL League One having been named Defender of the Year two seasons in a row and earning a spot on the All-League First Team for two consecutive seasons. Another All-League addition to the FC Tulsa roster is Alexis Souahy, who spent the 2023 season with Union Omaha in the USL League One and was named All-League First Team.
