
Storm Return Two Veteran Receivers

SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm are excited to announce the return of wide receivers Kent Shelby and Donnie Corley for the 2023 season.
Shelby (6'3, 205) will be entering his third season with the Storm. Kent caught 43 passes for 518 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2019 while with the Storm. He signed as a undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League in 2015. Kent played collegiately at McNeese State University where he accumulated 40 catches for 776 yards and six touchdowns, helping him earn a All-Southland Conference First-Team selection.
Corley (6'1, 185) returns for his second season with the Storm. Donnie caught 23 passes for 398 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2022 while with the Storm. He played collegiately at Texas Southern University recorded 72 catches on the year for 1,039 yard and three touchdowns.
"Excited to re-sign and bring back two star wide receiver's with the size and speed of Shelby and Corley", said Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs. "Both of these players know the system and have the size, strength and speed to play at the next level."
The Sioux Falls Storm 2023 home opener is on April 8 when they will host the Quad City Steamwheelers. Season tickets are on sale, call the office at 605.838.9009 to purchase your tickets. Payment plans are available for season tickets.
