Storm Prepare for Eastern Conference Showdown against the Pirates

SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm (7-6) suit up against the Massachusetts Pirates (8-4) on Saturday, June 25 at the Denny Sanford Premier Center for Military Appreciation Night. The show will begin at 6:45 PM.

The game is presented by Sanford Health Plan and Army National Guard. The Storm invites all Military, active or retired, to request free tickets at https://www.vettix.org or call 605-838-9009. The last time these teams played in May, Massachusetts won 42-43. In that game, running back Nate Chavious ran 15 times for 118 yards and a touchdown. Wide receivers Aaron Dilworth and Donnie Corley had the only two receptions of the game and wide receiver Carlos Thompson Jr. had nine tackles, six solo and three assisted. Linebacker Undraez Lilly had three tackles for loss of 19 yards. The Storm are tied for fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings but look to take down the second ranked Pirates and tie the series at 1-1.

The Storm look to get back in the win column this week after losing 40-42 to the Green Bay Blizzard. The Massachusetts Pirates look for their second win in a row after defeating the Green Bay Blizzard 48-30 at home on June 11.
