Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm (7-7) play their final home game of the regular season against the Green Bay Blizzard (6-9) at the Denny Sanford Premier Center on Saturday, July 9.

Both the Blizzard and the Storm had a bye week last week. The last time these two teams met was on June 17 with its first ever loss to the Blizzard 40-42. In that game, quarterback Dalton Sneed had 15-of-23 completed passes for 159 yards, 24 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns and two sacks. Running back Nate Chavious had 36 rushing yards and one touchdown. Defensive back Mike Alvarez led the Thunder Defense with seven tackles. Kicker Sawyer Petre went 1-for-4 on field goals.
Green Bay went on the road in their last game to Frisco, Texas where they lost to the Frisco Fighters 27-50. Their key players were quarterback Jack Sheehan who threw 8-of-17 completed passes for 84 yards, three passing touchdown and one rushing touchdown. In their defensive, defensive backs Momodou Mbye had 6.5 tackles and Tre Claybourne had 6 tackles. Kicker Nick Jaworski missed both of his field goals from 46 and 59 yards.
In the Storm's last game at home against the Massachusetts Pirates, the final score was 55-69. Quarterback Dalton Sneed threw 13-of-22 for 171 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, 107 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns and an interception. Running back Nate Chavious ran the ball 14 times for 73 yards and a touchdown. Wide receiver Tim Keith led the way in receiving yards with 53 yards. Defensive back Vince Sellers had 7.5 tackles to lead the Thunder Defense with Carlos Thompson Jr. following behind with five tackles. Kicker Sawyer Petre went two-for-two on field goals from 21 and 30 yards.
