Stockton Kings Eight-Game Win Streak Snapped

The Stockton Kings (22-7) fell to the Sioux Falls Skyforce (18-12), 119-144 at Stockton Arena on Saturday night.

The Kings were led by Alex O'Connell who tallied 21 points off the bench. Chance Comanche posted his sixth double-double of the season, scoring 19 points and grabbing 10 rebounds with four blocks in 31 minutes. In addition, Stockton saw four of its starters post double-digit performances. Trey Burke started his fourth game tonight, leading the starters with 18 points and two assists. Jordan Ford pitched in with 14 points, Wes Iwundu (12), and Neemias Queta (10).

The Skyforce were paced by Jamal Cain's 32 points on 12-of-17 shooting with seven rebounds and two steals in 34 minutes. Justin Champagnie scored 23 points to pair with nine rebounds. Jamaree Bouyea hit 3-of-4 three-pointers while tallying 19 points with six assists in 33 minutes as a starter.

The Kings will face G League Ignite at Stockton Arena on Sunday, March 19. Tip-off is set for 1:30 pm PT. This game can be viewed via NBATV.
