
Steve Carlton, Dickie Noles and Larry Christenson Added to Celebrtiy Softball Game Roster

Camden, NJ - The Riversharks are proud to announce, in conjunction with The Kisses for Kyle Foundation and Jaws Youth Playbook, that Steve Carlton, Dickie Noles and Larry Christenson have been added to Larry Bowa's "Champions" roster in the celebrity softball game preceding the 2012 Atlantic League All-Star Game presented by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
"I am very excited to dust off the glove and play in the celebrity softball tournament supporting The Kisses for Kyle Foundation and Jaws Youth Play Book," said Carlton. "Please join me to support these great charities on July 11."
The game will occur at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11 at Campbell's Field. Ron "Jaws" Jaworski will captain the "Legends" managed by Ike Reese and fielded with legendary Philadelphia athletes and media personalities. Larry Bowa will captain the "Champions" managed by Michael Barkann and comprised with members of the 1980 and 2008 World Series Champion teams.
