Steel Preseason Schedule Announced

GENEVA, IL - Chicago Steel fans will have two opportunities to see the 2019-2020 team in action prior to the start of the USHL regular season as the Steel today announced its preseason schedule including home games on Saturday, September 14 and Friday, September 20.

The Steel will play five preseason games in total:

Sat., Sept. 7 at Green Bay - Resch Center - 3:00 p.m. CT

Fri., Sept. 13 at Muskegon - L.C. Walker Arena - 7:05 p.m. ET

Sat., Sept. 14 vs. Muskegon - Fox Valley Ice Arena - 7:05 p.m. CT

Fri., Sept. 20 vs. Madison - Fox Valley Ice Arena - 7:05 p.m. CT

Sat., Sept. 21 at Madison - Capitol Ice Arena - 7:05 p.m. CT

After a closed scrimmage in Green Bay on Sept. 7 and a trip to Muskegon on Sept. 13, the first opportunity for fans to see the Steel in action at home will be on Sept. 14 in a rematch of the 2018-2019 Eastern Conference Final. The Steel will then battle the Madison Capitols on Sept. 20 at home before closing out the preseason schedule on the road the following night.

The regular season will begin for the Steel with a pair of games at the 2019 Dick's Sporting Goods USHL Fall Classic September 26-29 in Cranberry Township, PA. Dates and opponents will soon be announced by the USHL. The remainder of Chicago's regular season schedule was announced earlier this week and features 29 home games at Fox Valley Ice Arena with the home opener slated for Saturday, October 5 against Green Bay.

Steel season ticket plans for the 2019-2020 season are on sale now starting at just 5 games for $45. Full season tickets start at just $8/ticket. The Steel are also accepting deposits for groups, suites, birthdays and the Budweiser Lounge for 2019-2020 home games.

Single-game tickets will go on sale for preseason and regular season games in late August.
