The Atlantic City Surf would like to announce that the 2004 schedule has been finalized. Spring training will begin on the 23rd of April and the home opener will be on May 7th at 6:35 pm against the Nashua Pride. A fireworks show will be presented following this game.
There will be 17 fireworks shows throughout the season including the two holiday extravaganza weekends. Those weekends are as follows: July 3rd and 4th and Labor Day weekend, September 4th and 5th. International Fireworks will once again present the fireworks shows next year. If anyone is interested in sponsoring any fireworks shows or events at the Sandcastle Stadium, please contact us at (609)-344-8873.
This year on July 4th and September 5th the Surf will be playing two 7-inning games with a starting time at 4:05 pm. That's right, double header games on holiday weekends with fireworks to follow. Where else could you witness good old fashion baseball and extraordinary fireworks shows?
