(Huntsville, AL) - The Huntsville Stars return to Huntsville starting Thursday, May 15th for a five game series. The Stars will host the Birmingham Barons, Double-A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. Here is what's on tap for this series:
Thursday, May 15th @ 6:30 - Thirst-Aid Thursday
$2 Bud, Bud Light, and AmberBock drafts are just $2 through the 7th inning. GRAB SOME BUDS and make your way down to the Joe!
Friday, May 16th @ 6:30PM
The Stars welcome former Braves pitcher John Rocker. Rocker will be available on the concourse throughout the game for autographs. When gates open be sure to make your way to the team store for your chance to meet a Huntsville Stars player. Prior to every Friday home game, a Stars player will be available for photographs and autographs in the team store.
Saturday, May 17th @ 6:30 PM
Early arriving fans 12 years of age and younger will receive a free replica Stars Jersey T-shirt courtesy of Lynn Layton Chevrolet. The shirt's #30 commemorates 30 years of Stars baseball at the Joe.
Sunday, May 18th @ 1:00 PM - Super Soaker Sunday
Bring your water pistol to the ballpark and sit in the bleachers to participate in Super Soaker Sunday. You are sure to get wet.
