
Stars continue home stand against Chattanooga

Huntsville, AL- The Huntsville Stars continue their six game home stand this weekend against the Chattanooga Lookouts, the AA affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. The Stars have several great promotional nights during this series at Joe Davis Stadium.
Thursday night, May 19th, NEXTEL presents Thirsty Thursday. Fans attending the game are able to purchase $1 beer and sodas through the fifth inning.
Friday night, May 20th, WAAY and Comcast present Birdzerk!, an entertainment whirlybird with more tricks up his feathers than Houdini. Whether Birdzerk! is pulling off hijinks with the players and coaches, harassing umpires, or just having fun with the crowd, Birdzerk! will leave you laughing and begging for more.
Saturday night, May 21st, WAAY presents Bernie Brewer and The Famous Sausages. Bernie Brewer is the official mascot of the Milwaukee Brewers and entertains fans young and old from his dugout positioned in left field at Miller Park in Milwaukee. The Famous Sausages have become famous for their races around the field at Brewers games, and will be sure to entertain fans at Joe Davis Stadium. The night is also a Redstone CWF buyout night, so be sure to pickup your tickets on the Redstone Arsenal.
