Calgary Stampeders News Release
The Calgary Stampeders have acquired a third-round selection in the 2023 global draft from the Saskatchewan Roughriders in exchange for global punter Jimmy Smith.
Smith was originally acquired by Calgary from Saskatchewan on June 5 in exchange for a seventh-round pick in the 2023 CFL draft as well as the third-round global pick that is now returning to the Stampeders.
In three games for Calgary, Smith punted 18 times and had an average of 44.2 yards.
