Charleston, WV (March 12, 2007) - The West Virginia Power are hosting a St. Patrick's Day party at Appalachian Power Park featuring the first day of individual game ticket sales. This Saturday, March 17th the West Virginia Power will open the Morris Street Box Office at 10:00 am. Tickets for Opening Day on April 5, the brand new Party Deck, and all other games will go on sale.
"St. Patrick's Day is a day everyone likes to party and Appalachian Power Park is the place to party," said General Manager Ryan Gates. "Therefore I encourage everyone to celebrate at Appalachian Power Park and purchase their tickets for the upcoming season and enjoy a fun day at the park."
The Power invites everyone to wear their green, buy their tickets for the 2007 season, enjoy great fun and prizes, and party all day long at the ballpark and Power Alley Grill. The Power Alley Grill will also feature St. Patrick's Day specials as well as every game of March Madness.
