St. Louis Ambush Announce Preseason Roster

St. Louis Ambush News Release
St. Charles, MO - The St. Louis Ambush have announced their initial preseason roster today, in accordance with the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) roster limits. Beginning with the 2019-2020 regular season, each MASL team is restricted to 26 registered players. On game days, those rosters will be limited to an active roster of 14 field players and up to two goalkeepers.
The Ambush opened training camp on November 4 at Vetta Sports in St. Charles with 39 players participating. That group is comprised of players currently under contract, reserve players, and non-contract invitees from the two tryout sessions held during the off-season. The team has narrowed down the prospects and will continue solidifying the roster leading up to the November 29 season opener.
The Ambush kick off their 2019-20 season when they welcome the defending MASL Champion Milwaukee Wave to the Family Arena on Black Friday, November 29, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. CT. Ahead of the season, the Ambush will treat fans to their annual free Fanfest, including an exhibition game against the Dallas Sidekicks, next Saturday, November 16, 2019. Fanfest activities commence at 4:30 p.m. CT with the exhibition game slated for 7:05 p.m. CT.
Single game tickets for the 2019-20 campaign are now on sale and can be purchased at the Family Arena box office or at ticketmaster.com. Groups of 10 or more can purchase their discounted tickets now and season tickets are also on sale. For group or season ticket sales, call the Ambush office at 636-477-6363. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
