Springfield's Larke, Patterson score in Central Division Top Prospect Win

ANN ARBOR, MICH. - The Central Division downed the U.S. National At-Large Team, 3-2, on the opening day of the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament at the Ice Cube in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Southern Minnesota Express forward Ben Beaudoin was named the Player of the Game after scoring the game-winning goal for the Central Division.

Springfield Jr. Blues forwards Cory Patterson and Matt Larke tallied the other goals for the Central. Kyle Greco had an assist.

Forward Robbie Czarnik notched both Team USA goals.

Between the pipes, the North Iowa Outlaws' Robby Moss (eight saves) and Southern Minnesota's Scott Pederson (17 saves) combined to stop 25 shots.
