Sporting Kansas City (3-9-4, 13 points) will travel to face Nashville SC (6-4-5, 23 points) this Sunday in a nationally-televised match-up at 5 p.m. CT live on FS1 and FOX Deportes in the team's first match at GEODIS Park, which opened last month as the largest soccer-specific stadium in the United States with 30,000 seats.
Sporting KC pub partners across the Midwest will be showing the match including an enhanced watch party at International Tap House (403 E. 18th St.) in Kansas City. L ocal radio broadcasts will also air on Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM.
FIFA will make a major announcement related to the staging of the FIFA World Cup 2026 across Canada, Mexico and the United States during a live broadcast event from New York City starting at 4 p.m. CT on Thursday. The broadcast will be shown at KC Live! in the Kansas City Power & Light District, which will be open to the public from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
A new edition of The Sporting KC Show will air on Sports Radio 810 WHB from 7-8 p.m. CT on Tuesday with hosts Nate Bukaty, Jacob Peterson and Conall McCourt. The Sporting KC Show Podcast is available on Spotify , iTunes and SportingKC.com , giving supporters a weekly destination to catch up on club storylines, player achievements, guest interviews and more.

Sporting KC II will continue the club's inaugural season in MLS NEXT Pro at 7 p.m. CT on Friday against regional rivals St. Louis CITY2 at Rock Chalk Park in Lawrence, Kan. Tickets for the match are available online at SeatGeek.com and the MLS NEXT Pro Game of the Week will stream live with an enhanced broadcast on mlsnextpro.com in addition to in-game updates available from @SportingKCII on Twitter.
Sporting KC Academy forward Alex Umana was named to El Salvador's roster for the 2022 Concacaf Under-20 Championship in Honduras. El Salvador will open the competition - which will qualify four teams to the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup and two teams to the 2024 Olympic Games -- against Guatemala in Group G play at 3 p.m. CT on Sunday in a match that will be nationally televised on TUDN in the United States.
