Windsor Spitfires News Release
General Manager Warren Rychel has signed defencemen Patrick Sanvido and Graeme Brown to standard OHL contracts.
Both players were drafted in the 2012 OHL Priority Selection.
Sanvido (6'5, 215 pounds) was taken in the second round, 41st overall, from the Guelph Storm Minor Midgets, with Brown (6', 175 pounds) going four picks later, 45th overall, from the Kingston Junior Frontenacs.
We welcome both these young men to the Spitfire organization, Rychel said. They both have a bright future with our club.
Both Sanvido and Brown attended Hockey Canada's Under-17 Provincial Camp in Cornwall last month.
Both will be on the ice when training camp begins on August 28th.
Sanvido and Brown will attend St. Anne High School starting next month.
