Windsor Spitfires General Manager Warren Rychel announced today that the team has traded defenceman Grant Webermin to the Saginaw Spirit in exchange for their (London's) 3rd round pick in the 2013 OHL Priority Draft and (Ottawa's) 4th round pick in 2014.

"I'd like to thank Grant for everything he's done for our organization on and off the ice," Rychel said. "This trade will give him a lot more ice time in his draft year. We wish Grant nothing but the best of luck."

Webermin currently has 3 goals and 6 points in 32 games this season with the Windsor Spitfires and 3 goals and 10 points in 87 games in his career.
