Sparks Host Annual Tip-A-Spark Event Saturday, July 21

Los Angeles - The Los Angeles Sparks will be taking over Jillian's of Universal City on Saturday, July 21 from 11:00AM - 2:00PM for a lunch time of fun with fans. Sparks players and coaches will be serving as honorary waitresses/waiters, collecting tips from guests to benefit the LA Sparks Foundation and Kids In Sports, Los Angeles.

"We are excited to provide our fans a chance to interact with their favorite Sparks player and coaches, while also supporting the LA Sparks Foundation and Kids In Sports," Sparks President Mike Levy said. "Jillian's fun games and entertainment make for the perfect setting for lunch with the team."

Guests will choose their lunch from a special Sparks-themed menu and will place orders with their favorite Sparks players.

After the dining experience, there will be bowling, pool and arcade games that fans can play with players and coaches. Opportunities to take pictures with players and coaches will also be available.

An exclusive Sparks raffle will be held for guests of the event. Raffle tickets can be purchased on the day of the event, or through special pre-ordered packages.

Pre-order and premium pre-order packages are available until Wednesday, July 18. In the premium pre-order package ($50), guests receive one valet parking pass, two event tickets, two raffle tickets and two $55 ticket vouchers good for any 2012 Sparks regular season home game. In the standard pre-order package ($15), guests receive one valet parking pass, one event ticket and one raffle ticket. Additional event tickets may be added for $4 each with the purchase of a pre-order package.

After Wednesday, fans will have to purchase tickets at the door of the event. Door pricing is $5 and includes one event ticket and one raffle ticket.
