Sod Poodles Box Office and Team Store to Open Tomorrow

AMARILLO, Texas - The Amarillo Sod Poodles Box Office and Team Shop are set to open tomorrow, Wednesday, March 27 at 12:00 p.m. Additionally, individual game tickets to all of the team's 70 home games, including Independence Day (July 4) and all theme night games, will be on sale for in-person box office orders at HODGETOWN or over-the-phone orders by calling the box office at 806-803-9547. Tickets can also be purchased online by visiting the Sod Poodles' website at www.SodPoodles.com. Regular team shop and box office hours at HODGETOWN are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Reserved Seating for all 70 Sod Poodle home games range from $6 - $18, and Lawn (berm) and Standing Room Only tickets are set at $6. Season ticket packages and mini-plans are still available for purchase and include many of the biggest and best promotions of the summer.

Fans can secure tickets for Opening Weekend (April 12-14) and upcoming 2019 giveaway dates such as Team Poster Giveaway on April 14, Replica Jersey Giveaway on June 16, Mascot Bobblehead on July 21, and Trucker Hat Giveaway on August 18.

Highlighting the 2019 promotional calendar are 18 fireworks shows including ten Friday Fireworks series, Independence Day Fireworks, Super Hero Night, and select Saturdays throughout the year. Saturday fireworks shows will include entertaining themes including STAR WARS Night on May 4, Super Hero Night presented by on August 3, and World of Wizard Sky Fest on August 31, which features the largest post-game fireworks show of the season.

This season will also see a bounty of weekly promotions including nine $2 Tuesdays featuring $2 Standing Room Only and Lawn tickets, 10 Thirsty Thursdays featuring $2 fountain sodas and domestic beers, and eight Wiener Wednesdays featuring $1 hot dogs.

The 2019 Sod Poodles season begins on the road at Corpus Christi on April 4. The home opener is scheduled for April 8 when Amarillo will face off against division rival the Midland RockHounds at HODGETOWN, first pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m.
