The evening is Legend's Night and former SOCKER stars such as Juli Veee, Cha Cha Namdar, and Jean Willrich will take the field in a halftime exhibition game that will thrill SOCKERS fans old and new.
Along with the Legend's Night activities, the SOCKERS are teaming up with LOOKS LIKE ME and participating in national "Make A Difference Day." LOOKS LIKE ME works with Children's Hospital and other area care facilities to provide free hairpieces to local children.
As part of their hair-raising drive, LOOKS LIKE ME will take hair and monetary donations at Studio 69 and Great Clips salons, and at the Sports Arena prior to and during the Oct. 22 game. The minimum hair length for donations is 12 inches or $10. In addition, the jerseys worn by the Legends during their halftime game will be auctioned off and the proceeds will go to LOOKS LIKE ME.
