________
Game two was a low-scoring game in which the LumberKings fell again with a final score of 4-1. The LumberKings did themselves no favors in the game as only two of those runs that came across were earned runs. Three errors in the game came back to haunt the LumberKings and a stagnant offensive showing made it tough for any sort of comeback.
Brett McCleary doubled in the bottom of the 7th but was stranded as the LumberKings were retired.
Luke Schafer got the loss and fell to 1-1 on the year. Mac Hickman got the win and improved to 2-0. The LumberKings drop to 8-7 and the Sliders improve to 9-5.
