The Sussex Skyhawks fell for the fourth straight game while New Haven won for the sixth straight as the Cutters beat the Skyhawks 6-2 and now stand-alone in first place.
The winning pitcher in the game was Ryan Bonesio who picked up his first of the season and now stands at 1-2. The loss is credited to Jay Musialowski who is now 0-2 during his short time with Sussex. Offensively Derrick Gibson hit a solo homerun and also picked another RBI earlier in the game.
