Sky Sox Announce Vocalist Tryouts

Colorado Springs, CO – For the fourth consecutive season, Starbuilders Karaoke & DJ is the "Official Audition Studio" for vocalists aspiring to perform the Star Spangled Banner, Take Me Out to the Ballgame or God Bless America at a Sky Sox game. Starbuilders is now booking studio auditions through March 25th for local performers interested in singing at Security Service Field (formerly Sky Sox Stadium), team officials announced today. Interested vocalists are invited to call Starbuilders Karaoke & DJ at (719) 559-8800 for an audition appointment. All those auditioning will be charged a $10 audition fee, and every participant will receive two FREE undated Sky Sox reserve ticket vouchers (a $14.00 value). Vocalists may also receive a CD of their audition for a nominal fee. Starbuilders Karaoke & DJ is located at 5775 N. Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs.

Tickets for the April 2nd Exhibition Game against the Colorado Rockies and Sky Sox Opening Weekend (April 7 –10) match-up versus the Las Vegas 51's (top affiliate for Los Angeles Dodgers), are currently on sale at the Box Office 719-591-SOXX. Season Tickets and Bonus Books of discounted tickets are also available at the Sky Sox front office, which can be reached at (719) 597-1449. Security Service Field is located at 4385 Tutt Blvd., just east of the corner of Powers Blvd. and Barnes Rd.
