
Shock Dance Team Attending One Billion Rising Spokane

SPOKANE, WA (February 12, 2014) - The Spokane Shock Dance Team is excited to be participating in the second annual One Billion Rising Spokane dance break this coming Friday, Feb. 14 in the River Park Square Atrium.
The dance break, which is a form of flash mob, will be in support of One Billion Rising, an organization helping to raise awareness and fight gender-based violence. The event is family-friendly event and will be free to the public.
Anyone is welcome to participate in the dance break and are invited to prepare ahead of time and learn the dance moves by watching the instructional video on YouTube.
The event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
