
Thunder Sign Portland State's Monahan

PORTLAND, OR - The Portland Thunder have been assigned former Portland State University wide receiver Justin Monahan.
"It's great to get more of that Northwest football talent," said Head Coach Matthew Sauk. "Justin has great hands and a great attitude - he's ready to come in, play hard, and prove he can play professional football."
Monahan (6-3, 205), a West Linn native, started 30 games at wide receiver for Portland State, compiling 1,579 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns in his career as a Viking. This season will be his first in the Arena Football League.
