Windsor Spitfires News Release
(Windsor, ON) - General Manager Warren Rychel has announced invite Brandon Shea has suffered an injury and will not be able to continue his participation at training camp.
Shea, 20, was vying for an overage spot with the club, but suffered an injury during Saturday night's loss to the Oshawa Generals.
"This is an unfortunate turn for Brandon," Rychel said. "He was having a good camp up until he got hurt. It's an injury he's had before and he's just not able to continue. We wish him all the best going forward."
Shea's departure leaves the Spitfires with 26 players still vying for a spot on the club.
