The Corpus Christi Sharks will depart for Little Rock, Arkansas Friday morning; this is the second consecutive weekend on the road as they square off against the Arkansas Twisters. The Sharks are coming off a 56 - 42 defeat at the hands of the Texas Copperheads, the Twisters beat the Amarillo Dusters 63- 55. The Twisters are lead by Head Coach John Gregory who has won Arena Bowl Championships and a Grey Cup Championship as Head Coach of the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL.

Next Home Game

The Corpus Christi Sharks will be home again May 5th as they get their first look at divisional rival the Bossier-Shreveport Battelwings on Saturday night with a 7:05 kickoff from Radiology Associates Field at the American Bank Center. Former Dallas Cowboys QB Quincy Carter will make his one lone appearance for Bossier-Shreveport at the American Bank Center that night. Sharks Off The Field

The Corpus Christi Sharks are pleased to announce that we will be apart of the Cinco Y Cinco celebration with the likes of the Corpus Christi Hooks, Buc Days, Heritage Park Celebration sponsored by KSAB and Brewster St Ice House. The Inaugural Cinco Y Cinco Celebration, sponsored by the Corpus Christi Caller -Times, has been set for Friday May 4th thru Sunday May 6th.in the Sports-Entertainment-Arts District. The Corpus Christi RTA (Regional Transit Authority) will provide service in the SEA District on Saturday night, May 5th, between 6pm and 12:30am. For route information, visit www.ccrta.com. This will be a first rate Cinco de Mayo Celebration for the Coastal Bend. Buc Days activities, Hooks baseball at Whataburger Field, Sharks football at Radiology Associates Field at the American Bank Center, a concert with J.R. Castillo at Brewster St. Ice House and the Cinco de Mayo Festival at Heritage Park hosted by KSAB Radio highlight the weekend.
