Jacksonville Sharks News Release
In a heated South Division rivalry, the Jacksonville Sharks squeaked out another close game. The Sharks (4-1, 2-1) traded leads back and forth with the Storm (2-3, 0-1) all night. After 9 lead changes, the Sharks' league leading defense took one final stand with under 30 seconds left in the game. Dee Webb caused a fumble which was immediately recovered by Riddel Defensive Player of the Game Micheaux Robinson.
Robinson came up with big plays time and time again, recovering two fumbles and catching an interception.
The Sharks return home to Sea Best Field on Friday, May 14th to host the Dallas Vigilantes. May 14th also marks the Sharks First Annual Military Appreciation Night.
