Binghamton Senators News Release

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators today announced they will take the ice once during the preseason, at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Saturday, Sept. 30, before the regular season home opener against Syracuse at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday, Oct. 7.

"Due to Ottawa's heavy preseason schedule, with eight games in 12 nights, our players will be arriving in Binghamton later than normal," said Tom Mitchell, the Binghamton Senators executive vice president of operations. "With the players arriving later this year, we only have enough time to play the one game in Wilkes-Barre before our home opener."

Season tickets for the fifth anniversary campaign are currently on sale at the Sens' front office on the third floor of the Arena. That office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office can also be reached by calling (607) 722-SENS.
