Jackson, MS; July 11, 2005 - The Jackson Senators of the Central Baseball League (CBL) announced today they have signed left-handed pitcher Joe Brown to their roster. Brown will be in uniform when the Senators return to action Tuesday night at Smith-Wills Stadium against the Ft. Worth Cats.

To make room on the roster, the Senators have released pitcher Daniel Hearn.
