
SeaWolves to host Hot Stove Dinner

The Erie SeaWolves are proud to announce their Inaugural Hot Stove Dinner on Saturday, February 7 at the Avalon Hotel's Niagara Room. The dinner's featured guests and speakers include newly appointed SeaWolves manager Rick Sweet and hitting coach Pete Incaviglia. Also scheduled to speak are Detroit Tigers' Assistant Director of Player Development Ricky Bennett, Mandalay Baseball Properties CEO Hank Stickney and others.
Tickets for the event are $20.00 and can be purchased at the SeaWolves offices or by calling 456-1300. A cash bar will open at 6:00 p.m., dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the speakers will being following dinner. Reserved tables of eight are also available for $160.00. Fans will have a chance to meet the guests, get autographs, and hear first-hand the outlook for this year's team.
CITIZEN'S BANK FREE CLINICS: Two dates and times have been tentatively selected for the FREE Citizens Bank Clinics at the Uht. The clinics are for kids of all ages and are run by the SeaWolves players and coaches, so all youngsters are taught by the best in the business! On your calendars mark Saturday, June 5th and Saturday, July 10th for these excellent events. The clinics will start promptly at 1 PM and will end at 3 PM.
FIREWORKS!! Post game fireworks are always fun, and this year the SeaWolves will have two shows. The first such promotion will be on May 28th and the second event will be on September 4th as a part of our fan appreciation weekend against Trenton.
DETROIT SIGNS AIROSO: Among 10 players signed to minor league contracts is former SeaWolves outfielder Kurt Airoso. He holds the record for most homeruns hit at the Uht, and would be a welcomed addition to the '04 team. Check in with the Tigers as they attempt to seal the deal with Pudge Rodriguez and keep up to date with all of the recent parent team news.

After you shake his hand, pull his tail, hug him, talk to him, etc...check out the ridiculous deals on the Pepsi products and maybe even get C. Wolf to slam a soda with you!
