[RIO RANCHO, N.M.]-Scorpions season ticket holders will get their exclusive look at the 2008-09 Scorpions on Tuesday, October 14th. The annual season ticket holder pick up party will be at Carrabba's from 5-8p.m.
All full season and flex plan holders are invited to this event to get their season ticket packets and meet this year's opening night roster. Bring your appetite as our friends at Carrabba's will offer free appetizers for all those in attendance. Carrabba's is located at 4921 Jefferson in Albuquerque.
The Scorpions ask that all fans RSVP for this event by contacting Denise at (505) 891-7344. Each ticket holder can bring up to the number of tickets they have on their account.
The event will be the first of three annual parties, exclusive to Scorpions season ticket holders. Remember to bring your favorite Scorps memorabilia to get signed by the newest players.
EXHIBITION GAME
Tickets are still available for the exhibition game at the Chavez Center in Santa Fe. All seating is general admission and only $8. All proceeds from the game will benefit Santa Fe Youth Hockey. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m.
Tickets for the Scorpions game can be purchased over the phone by calling the Chavez Center box office at 505-955-4000. Tickets can also be bought in person at the Chavez Center box office located at 3221 Rode Road in Santa Fe. The box office hours are Monday-Saturday 9 a.m.-8 p.m.

The Scorpions home opener is slated for October 17th at 7:15 p.m. The first 1,500 fans inside the Santa Ana Star Center receive rally towels courtesy of Santa Ana Star Casino. Game tickets start as low as $9. Make sure to help fill the Santa Ana Star Center as exciting, fun filled hockey returns to New Mexico.
