The Seals make their first trip to Alabama to face the Havoc for the first time in team history. The two teams will break ice Thanksgiving night in a battle for fourth place. Florida skates into the game just two points behind the Havoc in the standings.

FRI Nov. 25 SEALS @ Columbus 7:30 p.m. Columbus Civic Center

It will be another first for the Seals on the holiday weekend. A night after facing the Havoc for the first time the Seals and Columbus will open up their first head-to-head battle. The Cottonmouths are the defending league champions. Ironically, the Snakes finished the regular season in fifth place before cruising through the SPHL playoffs.

SAT Nov. 26 Columbus @ SEALS 7:35 p.m. Silver Spurs Arena

**BUY ONE GET ONE FREE NIGHT**

**GAW REALTY HOCKEY PUCK NIGHT**

The two teams will get on the bus and head south to face each other for the second time in as many nights. The Seals will end their three games in three-night stretch on home ice. Fans who buy a ticket for Saturday's game can get a free ticket to any future Florida Seals home game. In addition, the first 1,000 fans get a free hockey puck courtesy of Gaw Realty.

LAST WEEK:

THU Nov. 17 Knoxville @ SEALS (3-0 loss) 7:35 p.m. Silver Spurs Arena

The Seals were shutout for the first time this season. The Ice Bears came in and handed the Seals a 3-0 loss. Ryan Person led the way in net for Knoxville with 34 saves. K.C. Caudill and Kevin Swider led the visitors offensively netting a goal and an assist each. The Seals continued their stellar home penalty kill shutting down the league's top power play unit in their five chances.

FRI Nov. 18 Jacksonville @ SEALS (4-3 OT loss) 7:35 p.m. Silver Spurs Arena

Another overtime and another loss for the Seals. Florida has yet to figure out the extra session plague this year. Both teams battled hard throughout the 60 minutes in a see saw battle.

Seals captain Steve Zoryk led the way for his team with two goals and one assist. John Gurskis added three assists in the losing effort. Jacksonville spread the wealth around to get the win. Joel Petkoff, Luke Pelham and Geoff Rollins each registered a goal and an assist.

SAT Nov. 19 Jacksonville @ SEALS (7-1 WIN) 7:35 p.m. Silver Spurs Arena

The Seals rewrote record books Saturday night at the Silver Spurs. A seven-goal output helped stop the Seals five game non-win streak. Rookie Morgan Smietana earned his first pro victory in net and Art Mnatsakanov scored two goals an added an assist. Florida fired 70 shots on net setting a league record and set a franchise record with 26 shots in the first period.

- Wednesdays, 7pm-VP of Operation Chris LiPuma will be on the "Finish Line" on 740 The Team. Tune into the show hosted by Jerry O'Neil to hear what Chris thought about this past week and what lies ahead for the Florida Seals.

- Sat. Nov. 26-"BUY ONE GET ONE FREE"-Take in the Seals game and get yourself a free ticket to any future home game. Exchange your game ticket at the Silver Spurs Arena box office for any future regular season Seals home game.

- Sat. Nov. 26-"GAW REALTY HOCKEY PUCK NIGHT"-The first 1,000 fans at the game will get their very own Florida Seals puck courtesy of Gaw Realty Services.

- Sat. Dec. 3-"FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OSCEOLA TRADING CARD NIGHT"-Come early to the arena as the first 1,000 fans will get a set of player trading cards.

- Fri. Dec. 9-"YELLOW PAGES RECYCLE NIGHT"-Bring any expired Bell South Real Yellow Pages to the box office and get a free ticket to a future Florida Seals home game.

- Sat. Dec. 10-"TEDDY BEAR TOSS"-Bring a teddy bear for the annual Teddy Bear Toss. After the Seals score their first goal against the Knoxville Ice Bears throw all your teddy bears on the ice. The teddy bears will be collected and given to Toys For Tots to help underprivileged children during the holiday season.

TEAM NOTES:

CASEY HANDRAHAN has been added to the roster.

Florida finished their season opening home stand with a 2-3-3 mark. The Seals currently rank second in penalty kill with an 80.88% success rate.

Saturday night's 70 shot performance set a new SPHL record.

STANDOUTS:

JOHN GURSKIS is eighth in the SPHL with 15 points.

TERRY DENIKE leads the league with a .917 save percentage.

SEALS PLAYER OF THE WEEK:

STEVE ZORYK-The Ottawa, Ont. native had three goals and one assist during the three game stretch. Zoryk help his team down Jacksonville 7-1 on Saturday night in Kissimmee. The team captain has 10 points (6G, 4A) in his first 11 games this season.
