Florida Seals News Release
KISSIMMEE, Fla. - On January 5, 2007, the Florida Seals professional hockey team was forced to close its doors, leaving season ticket holders, corporate sponsors and other fans with no hockey in Central Florida.
Many questions still remain as to what to do next.
On Wednesday, January 10, a meeting will be held at the Osceola County Council On Aging clubhouse located at 1099 Shady Lane in Kissimmee. The meeting, which starts at 8 P.M., is open to anyone affected by the Seals' demise.
The primary discussion will be about recouping any losses from the shutdown.
