
Schneider Recalled by Sabres

BUFFALO, N.Y. --- The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team has recalled forward Cole Schneider from the Rochester Americans (AHL).
Schneider (6'1", 200 lbs., 8/26/1990) joins the Sabres for his second career recall and first of the 2016-17 campaign. The Williamsville, New York Native is currently tied for the AHL lead with 15 points (7+8) in 10 games this season. Schneider made his NHL debut last season for the Sabres, posting five shots on goal in two games.
In a corresponding move, the Sabres have assigned forward Hudson Fasching to Rochester.
