AUGUSTA, N.J. - Quebec's Dan Sausville struck out 8 and scattered 6 hits en route to a 5-2 complete game victory over the Sussex Skyhawks on Tuesday night at Skylands Park
Quebec scored three runs in the top of the eighth to break a 1-1 tie.Pat Deschenes' single scored Alex Nunez with the go-ahead run. Sebastian Boucher put it away with a two-run single. Sussex's Mike Schellinger and Sausville were locked in a pitcher's duel through seven. Ed Campusano took the loss after giving up three unearned runs
The Skyhawks return to action Wednesday night against Les Capitales. First pitch at 7:05 p.m.
