Santa Cruz Tops Austin in Game One of Western Conference Finals

(CEDAR PARK, TEXAS - APR. 17, 2015) - The Austin Spurs fell short to the Santa Cruz Warriors 95-106 in game one of the Western Conference Finals Friday night on the SWBC Court inside the Cedar Park Center. Orlando Johnson (20 points, seven assists) led Austin's attack, while Darington Hobson (20 points, five rebounds) paved the way for Santa Cruz.

San Antonio assignee Kyle Anderson recorded 18 points and nine rebounds for Austin on the night. Erik Murphy (17 points, five rebounds) and Jarell Eddie (16 points, three assists) also contributed in back-and-forth battle.

Both teams came out strong, with Santa Cruz holding onto a two point lead at the end of the first half (48-50). Santa Cruz made their push in the fourth quarter, shooting 11-for-24 from the field compared to Austin's 7-for-14, clinching the win.

Santa Cruz's contributors were Elliot Williams with 18 points and seven assists, Ognjen Kuzmic with 16 points and 14 rebounds and Taylor Griffin with 15 points and two rebounds
