Sanford Mainers Hire Pais as Office and Sales Manager

SANFORD - The Sanford Mainers are pleased to announce the addition of Andrea Pais to the organization, serving as the team's Office and Sales Manager.
Moving to Sanford in 2018 with her family, Pais brings more than 20 years of management experience in the service industry, most recently serving as the General Manager for Serenitee Restaurant Group in Gloucester, Mass. from 2010-2016.
With 11 restaurants on the North Shore in Massachusetts, Pais managed hiring, training and payroll for more than 30 employees for Serenitee, while also being responsible for creating events to increase customer base, catering and community support.
Additionally, she has worked with youth in various capacities through school and outdoor programs, including as the Administrative Assistant for Beverly Public Schools in Beverly, Mass. and volunteering for Beverly's Cove Elementary School in the secretary's office; Memorial Middle School's ESL program; and in the Amesbury Public School system as the Director of After School At Risk Youth.
"We are thrilled to have Andrea join the Mainers family," Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jacob Ouellette said. "Her passion for community and organization growth made her an instant fit within the organization."
"I'm passionate about people, supporting local businesses and the revival of community reciprocity," Pais said. "I'm excited to join the Mainers organization which I consider to be a valuable community resource."
Pais is a mother to three children. She is also currently enrolled at the University of Southern Maine as a non-traditional student, majoring in political science with a concentration in international relations and a minor in history. She is a musician with a love for gardening, hiking and skiing.
