
San Jose Sharks Re-Sign Greiss, Sullivan and Sign Pelech

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the team has re-signed goaltender Thomas Greiss to two-year contract. In keeping with club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Greiss, 25, spent last season with Brynas IF of the Swedish Elite League where he posted a 2.92 goals-against average and a .901 save percentage.
In 19 career NHL games with San Jose, Greiss has posted a 7-5-2 record with a 2.77 goals-against average.
The six-foot-one, 210-pound goaltender was selected by the Sharks in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft (3rd round, 94th overall).
