San Jose Giants News Release
1) JEROME WILLIAMS BOBBLEHEAD DOLLS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP
The Jerome Williams Bobbleheads are available for pickup at the AAA Customer Service Table at any Giants home game starting June 11th through September 6th, except for games on July 2nd and 3rd. You must have your lottery card to redeem for the bobblehead. No exceptions.
2) ROSTER MOVES
The San Jose Giants announced that pitcher Matt Cain and 3B Julio Cordido have been promoted to Norwich (AA) of the Eastern League. Taking Cain's place on San Jose's roster is 3B Nate Schierholtz who has 15 home runs, 36 extra base hits and 21 doubles at Hagerstown (Low-A). OF Yohany Abreu being transferred to Hagerstown (Low-A) and C Todd Jennings has been placed on the disabled list.
3) FIREWORKS GAME GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE
General admission tickets for both dates are available at the Box Office and online at Ticketweb.com. Adult general admission tickets are $9, and Kids (12 and under) and Senior (65 and over) tickets are $5. As always, children under 4 years are free.
4) ALL-STAR BREAK IN SAN BERNARDINO
The 2004 All-Star Game between the California and Carolina Leagues will take place June 28th-30th at Arrowhead Credit Union Park in San Bernardino, home of the Inland Empire 66ers. For ticket information call (909) 888-9922 or go online to www.ie66ers.com.
5) SAN JOSE GIANTS BASEBALL CARD SET COUPON DEAL
On the back of the Jerome Williams bobblehead lottery cards are coupons for $1.00 off on purchases of all San Jose Giants Baseball Card sets (from 1999-2003). There is a limit of five card sets per coupon, per person, per visit. Coupons are only redeemable at the Souvenir stand in the main concourse system. Valid through September 20, 2004.
