
Russell Returns To Tigers

Medicine Hat, AB - Medicine Hat Tigers are pleased to announce the return of 19-year-old defenseman Kris Russell to the Tigers from the Columbus Blue Jackets of the NHL.
"We are extremely excited Kris will be back in our line up," said Tigers' general manager and head coach Willie Desjardins. "Kris is a premiere defenseman in our league and whenever you can add a guy like that, it helps your line up."
Russell will return in time to join the team on their 6 game road trip into the Eastern Conference beginning with Swift Current Broncos tomorrow night.
