SPRINGDALE, Ark. - Naturals alum Salvador Perez went two-for-three with a double and run scored while starting pitcher Jeremy Guthrie threw four scoreless innings in the Kansas City Royals' 5-3 win over the Cleveland Indians on Thursday afternoon. The Royals will have their second scheduled split-squad games tomorrow with a pair of former Naturals as the scheduled starting pitchers. Will Smith is scheduled to take the mound in the afternoon game at 3:05 p.m. against the San Diego Padres in Surprise, while 2012 Natural Yordano Ventura will start the night game against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Camelback Ranch.
