Roughriders 54th Annual Labour Day Classic Sold Out
August 24, 2018 - Canadian Football League (CFL)
Saskatchewan Roughriders News Release
The Saskatchewan Roughriders are pleased to announce that the 54th annual Labour Day Classic on Sunday, September 2nd versus the Winnipeg Blue Bombers is officially a sellout.
"Rider Nation continues to set the standard for fan support in Canadian sports," stated Roughriders Chief Brand Officer Anthony Partipilo. "Week after week Rider fans show an unparalleled passion for their football team. Our club notices it and the coaches and players feel it on game day."
This is the Roughriders' fourth sellout this season - and third consecutive - after the game on June 30th versus the Montreal Alouettes and the July 28th and August 19th games versus the Calgary Stampeders also reached Mosaic Stadium capacity of 33,350.
"As the season is progressing, we strongly encourage fans wanting to attend any of the three remaining home games to purchase tickets soon, while they last," Partipilo added.
