
Roster moves bring familar faces back to Vermont

Burlington, VT- Outfielder Lorvin Louisa, a member of the Vermont Expos in 2002 and 2003, is back with the team along with catcher Rob Sandora, while catcher Devin Ivany and Maurice Cobb have left Vermont, the team announced today.
Louisa, who has hit .180 with eight doubles, six home runs and 37 RBI in 110 career games for Vermont, has been rehabing an off-season injury with the Gulf Coast League Expos. He was hitting .308 (12-for-39) with four runs, three doubles and seven RBI for the GCL Expos at the time of his promotion to Vermont.
Sandora was 0-for-2 for Vermont in his only game before being sent to the GCL Expos on June 28th. He was 2-for-21 in limited action for the GCL Expos before returning to Vermont.
Ivany was promoted to Savannah of the South Atlantic League over the weekend and was 1-for-3 in his first game for the Sand Gnats on Sunday. Cobb was sent to Brevard County of the Florida State League and placed on the disabled list.
